Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically and internationally. Please note that free shipping applies only to U.S. orders and international orders typically take a little longer to arrive to their destination.
How long does shipping take?
We typically ship within 2-3 business days of your purchase. If for some reason your order is taking longer to process, we will email you!
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Make sure you give us permission to email you!
Returns
How do I return an item?
Items may be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return please contact us at hello@theurbanacres.com and include your order number and reason for returning.
How long does it take to process my return?
Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
Kit Questions
Does the kit come with everything I need?
Your kit comes with all the punching materials you need, but you will also need a pen for tracing and scissors.
What is the yarn content?
Our kits are made with a premium high-quality acrylic yarn.
