Hi there, I am Sallie! I am the founder, designer, and Chief Crafting Officer here at The Urban Acres. I love all things crafting, and I am pretty confident I was actually born with a hot glue gun in my hand!

I started The Urban Acres in 2019 after my husband and I found out we were expecting our first child. What started as a "side hustle" soon took off to become a full-time gig as I supplied what felt like the entire world with a creative hobby in 2020.

Since then we've not only grown our family with three more children, but we also joined the OESD family of brands in 2025 which has led to even more creative opportunities and projects!

We take great pride in creating beautifully designed, easy-to-use punch needle and craft kits that will bring you joy while you make and hopefully spark your creativity for many projects to come.
