Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of the day or purchase, but there are exceptions for handmade items like gripper frames and rug kits. If you have a question about when your order will ship, please reach out to us at hello@theurbanacres.com. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on what the customer chooses. We are not responsible for lost packages.
